About The Author

Dr. Ashley Quiroz is a licensed psychologist, researcher, and passionate advocate for amplifying silenced voices. With advanced training from Boston University, Lesley University, and Alliant International University where she earned lifetime membership in the International Honor Society in Psychology she brings both expertise and compassion to her work.

Based in San Diego, Dr. Quiroz specializes in trauma, mood and personality disorders, and relational conflicts. In addition to her private practice, she mentors future clinicians, provides critical care in crisis settings, and supports active-duty service members and their families.

Her mission is to spark growth, foster resilience, and guide individuals toward healing, transformation, and empowerment helping them turn pain into purpose through empathy and clinical excellence.
